We had a wonderful stay at voco, where the atmosphere is modern and inviting. the staff were friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. our room, though small, was beautifully styled and clean, with stunning views from the 23rd floor. the breakfast buffet was extensive and good, offering plenty of options. the indoor lap pool was a highlight, featuring gorgeous skyline views that made for perfect photos.
Not one thing! 😊.

I loved the location-it's super handy for exploring the city! The decor is on point and looks just like the pictures online. The staff were friendly, especially the guy at check-in who made me feel welcomed. I also enjoyed the glass water bottles you can refill; it's eco-friendly and a nice touch!
My experience was marred by a few issues. The lifts were often hit or miss, and I had trouble with the TV in my room. I also found it strange that there were no toiletries or snacks in the room, which felt a bit cheap given the price. it was disappointing.

Good-sized and well-organised room with a view, the staff was excellent! We had coffee/tea makers and refrigerators. The location was great and incredible, just a short stroll away from an interactive multilevel aquarium.

The vibe here was QUIET. As for me, rooms were reasonably large with a view, they offered wake-up service. The staff were exceptionally nice at all times. Location: the hotel was very close to the bar / restaurant and shops and restaurants and all the major shopping areas.

the location in the cbd was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to several major attractions and enjoy the many nearby cafes and restaurants. our room was spacious and featured a very comfy king-size bed, making it hard to get out in the morning! the friendly staff were another highlight, especially when they provided us with complimentary water bottles and even helped when we had forgotten our toothpaste. breakfast was really good, and we felt well taken care of.

The hotel is perfectly located near shops, cafes, and restaurants, making it easy to explore with the little one. Our premium king room had a fantastic city view and felt really comfortable—almost homely. The breakfast was delicious, and the warm swimming pool was a highlight for unwinding after a day of visiting nearby landmarks like the Royal Botanic Gardens and the National Gallery. Plus, the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Sam at check-in! I can't wait to return.

I struggled with the lift system constantly breaking down, and the wooden keys barely worked, frustrating my every trip. Plus, our room was only half cleaned-just emptied bins-and trust me, it wasn't reassuring seeing remnants from past guests. What a letdown!

The location is unbeatable-right across from Emporium and close to trendy cafes and attractions. The hotel itself is super modern and clean, making for a comfy vibe. I really enjoyed the free sparkling water and the beautiful pool area. Perfect for a weekend getaway!
I found the lift system a bit odd—it felt less secure when people could enter without swiping. Plus, the bar service could definitely use some improvement; we waited ages for drinks. a few hiccups, but still a great place!

Couples looking for a great experience
Especially this one morning when the bartender went out of his way to, he remembered our drink orders! The breakfast was surprisingly good, they had these amazing pastries that were fresh out of the oven and just melted in your mouth.
It wasn't exactly affordable but still fair for what you get.
